Engpro Consulting Engineers Ltd has proven expertise in the design, construction supervision and ensuring physical integrity of buildings and other infrastructures like bridges, telecommunication towers, etc.
All structural drawings, including bar bending schedules and reinforcement drawings are computer generated. The firm uses various state of the art structural engineering design and analysis software like AutoCAD, REVIT, ETABS, SAFE, TEKLA, STAAD Pro, PROTASTRUCTURES, Excel Spreadsheets, and Autodesk Robot. Other structural solutions include seismic, dynamic and blast resistant designs, where appropriate.
All Civil drawings including grading plans, storm/sanitary drainage profiles and construction setting out data are also computer generated. Our civil solutions include terrain surface modeling, hydraulic analysis of urban drainage, building information modeling (BIM) and watershed modeling.
We are involved in carrying out prefeasibility and feasibility studies, FEED (front end engineering design), detailed design, tender documentation and assistance during tender procedure, works supervision and assistance during defects liability period as well as staff training.
We also carry out forensic engineering activities or structural integrity investigation and reporting for buildings, bridges, etc. To do this, we use non-destructive testing equipment, such as Ferroscan and Schmidt Hammer, to assess structural failures, bearing capacities, and audit structural soundness. The results can then be used in making informed decisions about the safety, stability and the future of a structure.
